You're a bit young to be on a forum, considering COPPA requires kids to be 13+ or get parental permission [I'm 22 by the way, so...].

 

I don't like saying this, but it's a [unenforceable] law in the US and the forum itself is bound by it.

As you may have noticed, the forum is sort of inactive nowadays due to lack of updates on the cardmaker and various other things.

 

Answer is yes, though (feel free to post whatever cards you've made), but don't expect to get a lot of replies due to inactivity.

Well I did get my parent's permission so...

If you have parental permission, then you should be fine. 

Just want to make sure you know about the privacy policy, though it's unlikely mtgadmin would really enforce it otherwise.
