Not like this thread is a year/half late already, but suppose use this to talk about Gen 7 stuff.

uh... its the last game for the 3ds untill we get some game on switch?

You're getting the Let's Go! series with Pikachu and Eevee on November 16th for Switch.

 

But yeah, Ultra Sun / Ultra Moon are the final 3DS games. Gen 8 and onward will be Nintendo Switch likely.

Neither do I, but probably might have to get one (well, considering Gen 8 and all). Oh and does require Pokemon GO (which also sucks because I don't own a smart phone); least if you want Meltan and stuff.

 

Gamefreak, y u do this?

Pokémon has never been customer friendly, requiring multiple games or another device to be able to fully enjoy the game

If GO can work on my parent's Android, then maybe we're in business (but I kinda doubt it). I'd still need to actually get a Switch (which is already $300+) and $60-100 for the game alone.

 

But yeah, I need Bank to move stuff over [and remind self to go buy eShop card because pretty sure my Bank subscription expired by now or is very close to doing so]. Also trade evos suck because I have to use GTS and hell forbid someone snipes while Gen 7 takes its sweet time shutting down and then reloading to the new cartridge.

So yeah, money will always be issue, even though I do have a part-time job (albeit only 4~7 hr/week because I work Saturdays and variable depending on things). Also time to actually play because college.
