Palkia lacks an Earthquake and Fighting weakness so it helps, though it's now weak against Fairies. (A Hydro Pump can still kill most of them, save for Azumarill)
Dialga has neutrality to Fairies and can most likely KO with Flash Cannon/other Steel STAB
Don't have preference here.

Roar of Time is literally Dragon Hyper Beam; that's it.
At least Palkia's Spacial Rend gets crits on things more often and doesn't require a recharge turn

It does, but that means nothing in Smogon terms.

Dialga's bulkier; Palkia has a little extra speed.
I use both though for whatever reasons.
In terms of Fairies, only ones Palkia really needs to worry about in Ubers is Xerneas (defenses are low enough that Hydro Pump should maim it enough, if not flat-out kill), Mega Gardevoir (assuming it's Uber and not just run in OU) and well, I don't think anything else is in here. Other Fairies are either too frail, offenses suck or a combination of both.

Palkia can still Hydro Pump/Surf it to death if it has to; too lazy to calculate damage spreads right now though.
But Mega Mawile is still a threat though.

That makes sense, Unless Mawiles speed is high enough to Use Play rough or is using A quick claw

Quick Claw is gimmicky (and can't even be used with its Mega Stone)
Also Mawile has a base speed of 50; compared to Palkia's base 100; so only way it's outspeeding is Trick Room or if partners lower its speed through other methods.
In normal form, Mawile doesn't have enough power to really do much.

It depends though.
If you get the setup for Mawile to cause major damage, then great.
Mega is fairly decent [I haven't tried one out yet], just that you need to survive 1-2 hits to counter back; considering its low speed.

Dialga has a moderately powerful STAB it can use to kill most of the Fairies that would piss it off (see Xerneas), so it'll survive longer against Fairies due to neutrality and better defenses.

Mawile is that Pokemon from Gen 3 that resembles a kuchisaki-onna or something [or flytrap if a "Westernized" description is needed] that became a Fairy this gen.
