When I make my card and save it after i generate it, I don't see my card. I can't open it up. I made at least 20 cards and now they are all gone. I'm really pissed. Can anyone help?

Hey everyone, I'm new here. Everytime I log in and click card maker, the screen logs out so I can't save any cards I make. So, I don't have any cards saved. Anyone knows how to fix it? Let me know. Thanks!
