Eh, sometimes people just make em for fun. If I'd give constructive criticism on this, I'd mostly say not to leave fields empty, but I'm sure this wasn't really made with balance in mind.

This is the exact same situation on YCM.

Some people are casual players; keep that in mind. If we keep throwing the competitive book at people, then virtually no one is going to be making cards. Or just like YCM, we make an AoC forum for them. Oh wait, this technically is the equivalent to it.

Anyway, since I'm here, might as well say something (even though my knowledge of the CCG is very low)

The amount of damage this Poke deals with its attacks are a bit low (you can take out some starters/1st stage stuff, I guess). But otherwise, I guess I can't say much here.

Might help if you post the pre-evo as well [don't use attachments either]

The damage itself is low, but its fair for the energy required. It doesn't require a lot of energy, which means this Pokemon'd be fast. And since it has high HP, that means it could stay in the game longer. Of course, this'd apply mainly for the first 2 gens, and not so much for gen 5 and onward, but...

Tl;dr: It's balanced.
