Ability: This Pokemon is also Fire, Grass, Water, Lightning, Psychic, Fighting, Steel, Dark, Dragon, and Fairy.

[C][C][C][C] Judgment: Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 100 damage to that Pokemon. This damage is unaffected by Resistance, or other effects on this Pokemon or the Chose Pokemon. Then, Discard 2 Energy from this Pokemon

Likely changes (One of):

Becomes EX, HP -> 200

Damage to 60-80, change discard to 1

Unaffected by Weakness, change discard to 1.

 

Otherwise, it's 4 Energy for an Insta-KO on any Non-Mega Pokemon with a weakness on 150 HP, which is...powerful. Too Powerful, perhaps.

If I change it to an EX, I might still adjust the damage to be 90 (180 with weakness). I'm not sure.

._. at first i thought it is unaffected by weakness and resistance, but when i read again, only unaffected by resistance. 200 damage bomb is quite powerful, making it EX may sound better.
