In terms of difficulty level/enjoyment, Unova gave us that in B2W2 (anime, not really)
Sinnoh would take it for the anime, however.
The rest of them (excluding Kalos due to it being relatively recent) are good in their own way, but the aforementioned two stand out.

Look, everyone has their placement in Pokemon. Most people, like the guy above me, are big gen4 fans, and won't even talk about other things. I know I've only played Gens 1-3, but people talking about the gens I don't know just gets annoying, and I can't even play them because it's on the DS, which isn't a very popular hand-helded. In fact, I think Playstation did a better job, if it weren't for Mega Man Powered Up. I say gen 2 was the best. Also, the guy above me said Sinnoh was better than Kanto, and that was in a Gen 1 forum, so I bumped it so it could be taken down.

I personally Like both Unova And Sinnoh, because both offer great pokemon and were fun to play.
